The amazing and talented actor and artist Robert Palmer Watkins (General Hospital) took the time to hear about the story of the owner and founder of The V Trainer.  This is the full length interview with Robert as he speaks with Liz Hall about her personal health struggle, her 100lb weight loss and her solution, which resulted in the creation of The V Trainer.
 
Robert also joined The V Trainer program to prep for his upcoming movie role! We couldn’t be more proud of him and excited to have him as part of our community!

Liz's WHY
 
In the fall of 2011, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that would continue to damage my health if I stayed living the way I was.  Remembering symptoms that dated back to eighth grade (I just assumed what I was experiencing was normal), the journey back to good health was a rigorous one.  I decided to take control of my body, educated myself and I went on a 100lb weight loss journey.  Since then I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their health goals by offering superior coaching, tools and resources to achieve sustainable results safely.  I joke, "I know the struggle because I AM the struggle."  My life experienced the range of emotions of a triple digit weight loss. 
 In 2019 I was officially in remission.
My team conducts consultations and interviews with potential clients in a way that uncovers blocks preventing their goals- consciously and subconsciously.  This is a holistic approach to all things health-body, mind and spirit.

Orville's WHY

I was inspired to continue along the path of health after a colleague asked me for assistance in changing his lifestyle.  He was struggling with his health and wasn't sure how to change and came to me for guidance.  When I witnessed his transformation and was able to share in his accomplishments of reaching his goals not only physically, but also mentally, I declared this would be how I spent my days.

Why I do what I do and enjoy my profession is simple: I LOVE life. I aim to live life to the fullest. I believe being healthy is part of enjoying life to the fullest and I want this for others.  Most people believe that the older they get their health status should naturally decline. This does not have to be so. Most illnesses enter the body through the mouth. Literally, health issues are the result of poor dietary choices and lack of exercise. In my time working in nursing homes, I witnessed the older a person got, the longer the list of illnesses and medications that person was on. Most of these illnesses were completely preventable with diet and exercise. I am here to support those who want to alter their health outcomes and achieve health goals.
