Return Policy

All sales are final.  Memberships cannot be transferred.  A written statement of cancellation for the app is required 14 days prior to the next billing cycle, otherwise the next month will be charged automatically. 

If there are remaining, unused V-Live sessions in a package that have been purchased, it is required to use or surrender the sessions after 90 days from the last used session date.  After the 90 day expiration, additional sessions must be purchased as a new program set.
