All customized workouts to complete on your own are dropped into your private app and include support videos. Your safety is everything to us! The movement videos demonstrate how to perform a movement and common tendencies to avoid.
The V-Standard Program includes:
Power Consultation including goals assessment and Obstacle Discovery
8 V-Live Sessions
4 customized workouts per week for 4 weeks.
